What is smart home integration?
It brings a home’s systems together to control and coordinate lighting, shades, climate, audio, video, security and access. A scene is a set of actions programmed for a moment, such as arriving home or watching a film.
Can an existing residence be automated?
Yes. We assess an existing residence’s installations, network, power and equipment compatibility to determine what can be reused, upgraded or added and whether modifications are required.
Can I integrate equipment I already own?
We review equipment models, protocols and condition before proposing integration. Technology selection depends on the project; not all devices can be controlled in the same way.
Does smart home integration require internet access?
It depends on the design and equipment. Some functions can operate on the local network; remote access and cloud services typically require internet. We define these conditions during project engineering.
How much does a smart home project cost?
Cost depends on the areas, systems, equipment, infrastructure and programming included. To prepare a proposal, we need the location, construction stage, available drawings and functions you want to integrate.
Do you work with architects and builders?
Yes. We coordinate engineering, conduits, control locations and equipment with architects, interior designers and construction managers, for both new construction and renovations.
Do you offer support and maintenance?
Yes. We can define technical support and preventive and corrective maintenance around the installed systems. Coverage, frequency, response times and replacement parts are agreed in each proposal or maintenance plan.

We serve residential projects across different regions of Mexico. Availability, scope and logistics are reviewed for each residence’s location. Our corporate office is in León, Guanajuato.
